まあ今更なんですが。
テレビをつけて、板を出して、Wiiのソフトを入れ替えて、ソフト起動。モードを選び、話を聞いて、そして板を起動。それを毎日繰り返さなきゃならないことが、所謂FItだけのためにWiiを買った層にとってどれだけ面倒な手順なのか、任天堂は考えなかったのかな、と思う。

一番いいのは、ヨガや筋トレを自分でメニュー組めたり、時間だけ選んでウィーボ君にメニューを作成してもらえることです。
DVDなどでやろうと思っても、いつも同じメニューだと飽きますし、30分もやりたくないという日の方が多いです。
その日の気分で選べるのは良いです。
ジョギングなども飽きさせないように色んなコースがあるなど仕掛けがあって続いてます。

重心の変化を感知してキャラを操作したり、ヨガをしたり、とこれまでにない発想のソフトだったので、実際に試してみたく購入しました。

ミニゲームやヨガ、トレーニングなどたくさんの種類のゲームが入っているので、長い期間遊べそうな感じがします。

一人でじっくりトレーニングするのもよし、みんなでワイワイ楽しむのもよし、遊び方は色々あると思います。
