重心の変化を感知してキャラを操作したり、ヨガをしたり、とこれまでにない発想のソフトだったので、実際に試してみたく購入しました。

ミニゲームやヨガ、トレーニングなどたくさんの種類のゲームが入っているので、長い期間遊べそうな感じがします。

一人でじっくりトレーニングするのもよし、みんなでワイワイ楽しむのもよし、遊び方は色々あると思います。

インパクトのあるCMで、Wii本体を持っていないのに
Wii Fitだけを買ってしまう人がいるんじゃないかと心配になるが、
CMで見るようなゲームをするには
Wii本体＋Wii Fit（ゲームソフト）＋バランスWiiボードが必要。
（Wii FitにはバランスWiiボードが同梱されている）

バランスWiiボード自体もワイアレスなので
ある程度広いスペースを選んで手軽に置けるので便利。

wiiのゲームソフトＷiiフィットプラスをチャンネル登録したのですが、そもそもＷiiのチャンネルの意味がわかりません、wiiフィットをチャンネル登録するとどうなるのですか？普通にディスク入れてゲームをやるのと何か変わるのですか？

Ａ.「普通にディスク入れてゲームをやる」場合ゲームはディスクの中に入っており ディスクをwii本体に入れ 読み込ませて遊んでいますが。「チャンネル登録」した場合ディスクを入れなくてもwiiから直接チャンネルを選択するだけで ゲーム内の一部の機能が遊べる様になるそうです。「Ｗiiフィットプラス」の場合は公式より【Wiiディスクなしで「からだ測定」が行えます】wikiより【Wiiディスクなしで本作から追加されたからだ測定のテストや便利機能が利用できる。ただし、前作のセーブデータを読み込むことが出来ず、本作のセーブデータで前作の『Wii Fitチャンネル』を利用することは出来ない】だそうです。毎日の健康管理を手軽に行えると考えればチャンネル化した方が良さそうですが毎回必ずゲーム性のあるトレーニングも行うのでしたら チャンネル化は不要かもしれませんね。当たり前の事ですが チャンネル登録するとwii本体 またはSDカードの容量が減りますし。チャンネル登録出来るのは最大で48までだそうなので 登録する物としない物を選別しておいた方が後々良いかと思います。
